I am a 17 year old college student in Western New York and I am a huge fan of yours. I have been identifying myself as a member of libertarian party for two years now having been frustrated and fed up with too much of the recent Republican policies and legislation.

Even if you do not win I truly believe that you are the best and most fit candidate to be the next governor of New York state. You are much more intelligent than the other third party candidates and have a real plan of action to balance the NYS budget and cut spending unlike Paladino. I don’t think I need to bother telling why you are obviously a vastly superior candidate to Cuomo.

Do not listen to the naysayers. I believe you could make a big splash at the debate and swing the election in your favor. Please be sure to emphasize that your are the candidate who plans to cut the most spending and tax dollars meanwhile best balancing the budget and even creating a surplus. The economy is the primary issue in this debate; Let Paladino and Cuomo run themselves into their own graves with personal and moral issues.

I really wish I was old enough to vote for you. To make up for it I have been telling all my friends and my American politics class to do so. I know I’ve convinced at least small handful to do so.

All my best to you in the debate and your future career as a politician. You are a true inspiration to me and other libertarians in this state.

However, I have never “extolled” (the correct spelling) sex with children. Andy is lying on that one – no surprise since his name isn’t really Andy.

I do represent people accused of drunk driving, though it’s a small part of our work. We mostly do speeding tickets.

None of my DWI cases have involved any deaths. In a recent case a client accused of having a BAC of 0.16 was found not guilty by a jury. Because he wasn’t drunk. No video in this case, but I’ve had several where the client was clearly sober on video and the BAC was absurdly high. Breath tests are horribly unreliable.

Andy thinks all defendants are guilty upon arrest. I support and defend my clients, and the Constitution.

One focus in my work is making sure my clients get evaluated for substance abuse (including alcohol) and other mental health issues, and getting them into treatment if appropriate. Call me egotistical.
